Here’s an 11×14 collage I just finished up.  I really need to take the time and make one of these of my own family…just like I should really get some images printed of my youngest.  I’m pretty good about taking pictures of my kids, now printing…that’s a different story!  That’s the terrible side of digital!  Anyway….you too can have one of these made;  even with images you already have that I haven’t taken! :) R-Family-11x14-Collage-(newpic)-(websize)

Okay, it’s finally here…my new & (I feel) greatly improved pricing structure.  I think I’ve managed to simplify things.  I brought this new pricing structure to the attention of family, friends, and even others I don’t really know, to get feedback before implementing it.  I heard nothing but positive things and got some suggestions and used some of the recommendations.  Most felt it was defnitely simplified;  not as confusing with various different portrait session packages that included different things.  Now you pay one up-front session fee and the rest is up to you, my client.  I’ve also been busy these last few weeks working on custom holiday cards.  I’m really excited about these, since I’m just really getting started doing them and they’re so much fun to make!  Anyway, I’m excited to see what the new year has in store for my business & look forward to capturing your memories! ;)  Now….onto those cards…and I even include my family-the first card.. (with ME in the photo…you won’t see this too often folks)!Our-holiday-card-'09-4x8-horizontal

Matt & Ambre::I Do

Okay, so I’m finally finished with this ever-so-patient couples’ wedding images & this is one of my favorites from their day that I HAD to share on here.  I love it so much I might just put it on my own wall!  With a little time (and a little lovin’) this is the outcome.  I think photographing this wedding and working on their images has really helped me realize what my style really is:  vintage, romantic, chic & also a little touch of grunge.  And in the design process of this beautiful website you’re looking at, “vintage” was a keyterm in finding a description of what I was looking for in a website to represent me.  In my personal life, I LOVE to make old things new again.  I once stayed at an auction sale an entire day (9 months pregnant & on a chilly, rainy day) just to get an old (vintage sounds nicer), oily (I rescued it from storing oil in a shop) hoosier cabinet.  I gave it some lovin’ and now it’s beautifully displaying some “vintage” plates and kitchen-ware.  Although, at the time it’s displaying my winter decor of little houses that light up :)  Anywho….just wanted to share that little tidbit and this smokin’ image that is a must for on the wall (or any one of the other 80+ images I put a special touch to)!
